The simplest raffles on Steam!

Rules are simple:

A moderator or officer will start a raffle. They will reveal the prize, entry fee, and the number of slots. To be entered into a raffle you must offer the officer a trade, with the entry fee attached. The officer will then add you to the list of entrants, and when all the slots are full, he will randomly select a winner. The winner will be contacted, and given the prize.
