New Auto-Restart Times For Server

-Added 2 daily auto restarts to accommodate for any mods that update throughout the day so the server stays accessible...my bad
...each update will also wipe wild dinos upon restart of the server
...restarts will happen at:
(UTC-7:00)

1200
1900
...i have yet to see the restart message that is supposed to happen, so please keep an eye on the time until i sort that out

Hey, I have been playing your server for a couple days now and was wanting to breed dinos. Would you mind telling me what your settings are for dino multipliers, breeding multipliers, and dino food consumption? I saw the taming, hatching, and maturing (and mating interval), but I was hoping for a bit more. I use Ark Smart Breeding and it requires setting up my settings to be accurate with the server's to show correct stats...
