Join to play with friends only

Apparently MHW prioritises your steam "primary group" when matchmaking and finding online sessions. This way, I'm hoping I get less randoms attempting to join my expeditions when I am just trying to progress with a friend.

NOTE: if you join you will get the group avatar displayed next to your name when in the gathering hub. So don't feel obliged to accept invites :P
