Meeting Time: Weekly (2 nights EST Time Zone)

-Rules: 3 Consecutive Unattended In House Matches = Boot from In House
-NO EXCUSES

Purpose: Get a group of active dota members looking to play and improve in a more serious environment/community. Get to know the players that you play with and against better

Procedures:
1.) Meet in the steam group chat on the IHL steam page at desired time of match
2.) Everyone gets into their teams
3.) After game, post ID match in the discussion section so you can get credit for being there
-Failure to do so will result for everyone in that match as unattended

Replacements/Invites: Players may invite their own friends into the game, only if there is a spot that needs filling. IHL members > invites. Invitees will always be kicked from the lobby to make space for IHL members. You may allow spectators to join the games to watch

Skill Level: I do not know what skill level this IHL will posses as of this moment. The amount of skill will be mixed and it will take some time to find where the skill level lays. For those of you who feel they are more skilled than the rest of the In House I encourage you to stay and help teach the less skilled ones and to also create friends in the meantime. If you feel you are not good enough, I encourage you to stay as it will only increase your skill and knowledge of the game.

Flaming: With this mixed skill level there will be some flaming occurring no doubt. You are meant to encourage and help others who are not as good as you. As I can’t control everyone’s behavior, it’s up to you to treat others with respect. However, if I see that you are hardcore flaming someone based on skill, race, etc. I will instantly ban you from this IHL. This is once again a league for people to create friends and to improve their gameplay.

Joining: As of right now, everyone who I have invited, are people I have met through match making or various other ways. I believe that everyone here that I have invited are nice and genuine people. Some may be better than others, some worse. What about if someone wanted to join? They will have been added as long as there is space. Once the skill level is set, that will be also put into a factor. Dotabuff, and a player vouche will be required.

Titles?: I was thinking about creating an incentive for everyone. At the end of the month, we will have a player of the month for each role: Carry, Support, Offlane, Mid, and Utility. Everyone in the IHL will vote on which person deserves the award the most. You can sign yourself up for multiple titles. With this it will help encourage players for recognition in games.
