EBC was creates in February 2016 by Pierre El Daher as a holding company for the EvoCity News Corporation and the Evo Entertainment Group.

The EvoCity News Corporation takes a new approach in relaton to news publishing and media.
The Evo Entertainment Group consists of broadcasting television and radio as well as record publishing.
