Europa Universalis 4 Dedicated Multiplayer

R U L E S :

1. No mid war alliance.
2. Only 2 major alliances.
3. No nation ruining.
4. If the enemy unconditional surrenders you may only send a peace offer to the war leader.
5. Player colonies are fully allowed, with the only downside being that they can only rebel at 50%+ liberty desire.
6. Player colonies may only expand outside their colonial region by conquest.

Most rules will result in a warning, as it can be easily fixed by peacing out etc.
Rule 3 will result in you getting kick and/or banned
