After match talks = After every clannie, I wan tthe team who was playing at that time, to take a few minutes after the game and just talk. Each person in turn will nominate his man of the match, give a reason to it. And then finish up with what he thinks the team can improve upon, then nominate the next person to go. This might sound like a dumb idea but it really helps for team building and to improve the communication within the team, also to build a stronger bond between us which in the future will benefit us greatly.

Ok listen guys, the clannies in the near future will determine the core 5, I will be looking closely at what the team does, who benefits the team etc. Just a side note, Not even me am 100% in this team, I can decide that the core 5 will be other people who will benefit our team more! Moving to sub, does not mean you are ♥♥♥♥, and you still have the chance to get into the core 5 if you can prove to me that you belong there.

Will the whole team please be on at 7 tomorrow night(9th December) we will be stratting yemen.
