Manly Men Doing Manly Things

I had a fort where after a goblin siege I lost a couple dwarves people got really depressed and since i didn't even know about jails yet my guard captain just ran around killing people. that made more people even more depressed, which led to more killings by the guard, which led to even more depression... eventually it was just the guard left chasing around 1 or 2 guys that went berserk.
