No more foreign players

If you're tired of losing a game of dota simply because one or more of your team mates can't speak English, this is the group for you. We want Valve to lock regions, in a way similar to what Riot games did with League of Legends, it worked quite well. With LoL, you can still join a region outside of your own, but you had to start a new account just to do it. Valve might have to be more strict since the game doesn't have progress you have to make to compete.

This group in no way promotes hate, we're just tired of losing because we can't communicate with our team mates or they want to try and scream 911 into the mic and force a loss because they hate Americans. It's not always possible to get a full 5 man group every time, my game shouldn't automatically have to be ruined because I didn't have enough for a premade.
