A trust worthy group of people who will work as a team and communicate with each other to have a fun experience in DotA 2. People within the group will not be intentional feeders / leavers / flamers / racist etc.
Hopefully the community will grow so we will be able to have regular 5v5's or even 'mini tournaments'. This is just a starting point.
