RULE CHANGES!

Failure to follow these rules can result in kicks, bans or loss of ships/bases.

1. No flaming. While swearing/cursing is permitted, Racism, sexism, insults and any other form of verbal abuse will not be tolerated here.

2. No hacking/cheating/exploiting. It really isn't neccesary and will result in an immediate and indefinite BAN

3. No advertising. Including but not limited to other Starmade servers. Links to Starmade blueprint downloads are permitted.

4. No alternate accounts. We have an automated system (thanks to our hosts) that allow us to detect new accounts on the same IP.

5. No impersonation. Do not insinuate in any way that you are a mod/admin or owner of this server or an employee of SCHINE if you are not.

6. No Spamming Chat. If you have something to say, please do not fill up the chatbox with your repetitive messages.

7. No Planet Bases. The lag assosciated with this is unparallelled. May result in destruction of base and docked entities within the sector.

8. No Camping spawn. This is cheap, dishonorable and unappealing to newcomers.

-------------- FACTION RULES --------------

We have in place a member limit to deter server domination through sheer numbers. It is very simple and is as follows:-

The faction with the most members cannot exceed the next largest faction by more than 50%.

For example:- Faction A is the second largest faction. It has 10 people. Faction B is the largest faction with 12 people. It can only recruit another 3 bringing it to a total and limit of 15 members, which is exactly 50% more than faction A

-------------- SHIP SIZE LIMITS --------------

With jump drive system: 350k mass.
Without jumpdrive system: 1mil mass.

These rules exist to help prevent massive lag spikes and to make the game more balanced. Any breaking of these limits will result in the immediate confiscation of ship and its inventory.
