whens disgaea 7 on steam getting the asagi DLC and complete patch?

even tho id like to see number 3 on wish list . realised this never going happen
mostly because game came out on ps3 . tho please explain why disgaea 2 is not on nintendo switch ?
surly they can simply transfer over from here ? no ?

plus if can play disgaea 3 on my psvita shouldn't be any issues
ill be quite happy give away my copy if means able play it another device !!!!
