How it works.

Me [Non-Craft Hat] = You [Non-Craft + 1 Scrap]

If you non-craft is worth more then mine you wont have to add the 1 Scrap.

If lets say you hat is worth less then mine by about 2 rec you must pay the differences still

IF one of my hats is painted i add 1/3 Of the Paints Price to it.

If One of the hat level 1, 42, 69, 100 it will cost 2 Scrap Extra.
