Detailed Objective Game Reviews has the singular goal of taking time to go through games and make the most detailed reviews possible. DeetObjGR ( terrible acronym I know) is run by a singular individual, me!

Now, a bit about me so you have a rough idea about the person writing and curating this group. I have been playing games since the NES was released and over time I’ve played every time of game imaginable. While I have my preferences I have a good idea of what it’s like to play everything else and have a long history of playing games. Also, spending most of my time reading and researching about the gaming industry as a whole on top of trying to develop my own games gives me a very focused view of games in general.

A long time ago video game reviews and journalists used to offer very critical and analytical reviews that game anyone a good idea of features and content within the games that helped people make informed decisions about what they were buying. Sadly, it seems that corporate culture and money exchanging hands behind the scenes has way more influence over words that honest reviews.

So, here we are! My own person side-project to give people actual reviews with helpful information so you know more about the game, less about politics, and can make real decisions with unbiased information.
