Ok so I have put thought into it and to keep thing relativly simple We are doing 3.5e with the flaws and traits system unless voted down by majority of players and doing normal rolling, NOt pointbuy. Sorry to change my mind a bit there but I figure that would be easiest on a first time Online DM.
