Update:
the server is COMPLETLEY ready but i just needitported before i start it i need my dad to port forward it so it could take a few months i do not want to pay hosting chartges, so i am hosting itmyself i need my dad to port forard it then i will launch it to test it

i will make it on more but it wont be 24/7 sorry about this i have been caught up in work recently

i will host it myself and i just need to figure out how to do it.
