ABOUT Constitution of the Commomwealth

I.
-Every British citizen over 18 has the right to vote as long as they have the proper documentation.
-Every British citizen over 15 has the right to work.
-Every British citizen has the right to criticize the government privately.
-Every British citizen has the right to own land.
-Every British citizen over 5 has the right to free education.
II.
-The Executive power of the Kingdom shall be the Monarch. They are the head of state and in charge of the royal family. He is Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and can call elections and appoint Prime Ministers if needed. He carries out the judgement of the judiciary who interpret the legislation.
-The Legislative power of the Kingdom of is the Parliament. The head of Parliament (government) is the Prime Minister, who is also leader of the majority party.
-The Judicial power of the Kingdom is the Chief Justice. He interprets the law and gets the executive power (the King) to carry out his decision.
III.
-The King is Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
IV.
-The Commonwealth is made up of England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and other Colonies. Any attempt to breach the sovereignty or union of these nations will be dealt with severely.
-Overseas territories shall be each ruled with a degree of autonomy by Governor-Generals and Viceroys. Viceroys are appointed by the King, and Governor-Generals appointed by Parliament.

-Elections will be held every 3 months. When signing up for elections, at least 2 parties must sign up for an election. Normally, you are only allowed 1 day to register your party, but if none or only 1 party has registered, it will be postponed until there are 2.
-Party leaders and royal family members cannot vote.
-The percentage of votes is equal to the percentage of seats the party gets.
-You win the election if you have either a majority or plurality.
-To have an absolute majority, you must have 326 out of 650 seats or more, and you may get any laws passed through Parliament.
-If you have a plurality, you must form a coalition government with another party. You MUST work with their party leader to get laws passed.
-To pass a law, it must be approved by the Prime Minister. Then, it must pass the House of Lords by a simply majority. Finally, it becomes a law once it has the Royal Seal of Approval from the Monarch.
-Only the House of Lords may vote on declarations of war, and only the Prime Minister or Monarch may present declarations of war to the House of Lords.
-Here is the oath of office that the Prime Minister must take:
I, (insert name here), hereby solemly swear, to be loyal only to King Alexander and the British constitution, and promise to never, ever question his authority.
VI
The King may dissolve the House of Lords, Commons and the Government acting on the request of the Prime Minister or following the passage of a no confidence motion in the Government.
