Con College is an attempt at getting skilled Payday 2 players together so that the people who love playing the game can do so without all the frustrations caused by the "lesser" players that plague the community. However, not everyone is eligible.
Group membership is limited to invite only, thus ensuring that Con College is comprised primarily of skilled players who know the game well.

'©' Looking4Members will be hosting Pro Overkill Framing Frame jobs.
During these jobs players will be judged based upon their awareness, communication skills, willingness to learn, their ablility to organize as a group, how they handle themselves under pressure, and overall job performance throughout all 3 days. Players will not be immediately kicked if put into a difficult situation, but trolling will not be tolerated. At the end of a successful 3rd day, players who act according to the criteria mentioned will recieve an invitation to Con College and a friend request from their recruiter.

Acceptance into Con College will not initially give you permission to invite other players. New members are encouraged to request invitation permissions, but will have to show that they can successfully solo an Overkill Framing Frame job before they are eligible. Active group members who demonstrate a consistant performance will also be promoted if they have noticeable talent. This is done primarily to keep novices out of the group, and to ensure the strength of the group as a whole.
