That said, the collapse of Bungie was a long time coming. They deserve it full stop. If you've been following Desturdny 2's development cycle since release up until now, it's actually insane what they managed to get away with in terms of enshittifying their own product and nickel & diming their playerbase.

Hello. Just want to say thank you for this group. I respect and appreciate this being made. After Charlie Kirk's murder and the vile people celebrating what happened to him because he's a strong representative of the political party they hate, and the way they kept slandering him after his death. Let's just say I've lost any interest in giving these kinds of people the benefit of ANY doubt.
I love video games, but I'll be damned if I give a single cent of my money or a second of my time to any of the games these people make that think this sort of behavior is not only acceptable but encouraged.

Exactly. I've played some of the non recommended titles since joining this group, but only because I already owned them and was in the middle of a file. I can't get my money back, so I may as well play it and enjoy what's there. Won't be buying any of the games on this list until action is taken, however. Action being accountability for those who celebrated murder. Internal and external.

Crazy how people are complaining about this group having an opinion but said nothing about the many people who joined and ragged about using this list to buy everything that is not liked. They act like just because places where people can talk about their preferences exist it controls what we buy. I own some of the not recommended titles. I like to stay informed about who I'm buying from and what their practices and beliefs are. Some titles I won't invest in, others I'll shake my head and weigh the pros and cons. I deserve the right to make informed choices. I don't like the people saying that the only reason they get bad rep is because some mob boss sucked their drones on them. I'm not a drone. Im just a person. And not all people will be in perfect agreement about everything.

i think i got kicked out of my dnd group because someone saw i was in this group. they suddenly started saying that i was showing red flags. this only came up after i added the GM on steam to link up in tabletop simulator. ive known them for years. this was shocking.

That's a relief to hear, though unfortunately i think we'll still see traces of the vile occur, especially as much as I hate to say it, on the anniversary of what happened to CK, I don't think it'll stop when it should any time soon & I feel bad for both his family & friend's.
