Identifying games that have gotten the censor hammer.

If a game has been censored, no matter how small, it'll hopefully be added here. This also includes games (mainly eroge) that have to offer offsite 18+ patches to sell on Steam.

There are a few other groups, but they're either inactive or not focused solely on whether a game is censored.

General rule of thumb:
- JP eroge, unless published in English by a Western company such as Jast or Denpasoft, are almost always censored via mosaics or optical lights.
- CN eroge is usually censored, but often times has an 18+ patch that you have to snoop around for
- Western eroge usually has an offsite 18+ patch, or a free 18+ DLC
- Valve is very schizophrenic towards anime games, so those often times have some form of censorship ranging from mild to extreme. Fan patches are usually what you look for here.
