A Castle shrouded in Mystery

Castle Adlersturm is a medieval German style castle in the heights near the Austrian border and It was constructed in the 1400s during the time of Carl the Greats rule over French and German regions.

The castle was built on top of an old monastery, however only the ground level of it was destroyed with the castle built ontop of it, but the caves of the monastery still exist, all but forgotten and locked up. It was home to a rich family that build the castle as a way protect the nearby town's people from barbarians.

The family lived in the castle for many generations untill around the 1900s when the castle became abandoned and fell into disrepair as there were no rightful owners living in there. The castle remained in disrepair well into new millenium until eventually being bought by a new set of inhabitants, who saw something special in the Castle. These individuals bought the Castle and surrounding areas from the government.

While although efforts are being made to repair the outer rooms of the Castle, various wings and chambers remain unhabitable until so and only the Entrance Lobby and the Throne Room itself are fixed up to working order.
