Cash traders can make rep threads
Cash traders can be repped on their threads should a successful cash transaction occur between two traders.
Incoming traders can learn the basic ins-and-outs of Global Offensive trading, as well as having easy access to trusted traders.

this announcement is a warning that the very popular browser extension Steam Inventory Helper released an update and requested additional permissions that let them see every site you visit and stores all that information. We recommend that you remove this extension from your browser right now for your own safety!

Initially they circled back and apologised and promised to revert this, but that announcement in their steam group has been deleted since then. Please keep in mind that with those permissions they can do way more than spying on you, that could just be the start. Steam Inventory Helper has been sold 1 year ago by their creators to a cs:go gambling site whom no longer seems to have your best interest at heart.
