CSGO Team And Community

so Alot of the people i talk to who play counter strike and play alot of match making think that your match making rank should be based on how you play not how your team plays.

So currently your match making rank will be based on how well your team plays becasue that will dictate wether you win or loose however if you are really good at the game, but you always get crap teams then you are effectivly a good player trapped in a low rank.

You also might notice that your match making rank is supposed to reflect your skill level not your team level.

Now alot of people will argue that if you keep getting crap teams then find some good people and then get in a lobby with them. However if you are geting crap teams in the first place how will you find some good players ?

So what do you guys think should our match making rank be based on how we play or how well your team plays ?
