Protecting Cittizens While In the Sewer!!!

Essentially, we are a group of combine who hang around in the sewer for no apparent reason whatsoever and waste our ammo shooting into the air. Most people rebel against us and for really no good reason. It doesn't matter to us, though, we're in the sewer all the time!
