More than Just a Server

We are trying to set up a long term, high populace server. These rules are set up to help maintain a populated server. Pvp is encouraged, Base raiding is Encouraged. Utter Base destruction in our opinion hurts the population and thus will not be part of this game. Gods/Avatars will be turned off. Player Bodies will not stay in game. (Please read below for an explanation)

Rule #1

Absolutely No spawns will be permitted to be blocked off.
If your building blocks an npc spawn from the player base, it will be removed.

Rules #2

No one will be allowed to block the growth of another groups construction by placing blocks around them. Currently the game allows people to slow, or stop completely the expansion of a group or players base by simply dropping blocks around them. This will not be allowed. Build your base as you see fit, but do so in a way that it doesn't directly and obviously stop the growth of those around you.

Rule #3

No one will be allowed to make an un-raidable base. This means 2 things. You either build on ground level or if you build on a raised platform you are required to finish stairs leading to your base with Tier 3 Stairs or Foundations which will be given out by the admins. No one will be allowed to remove stairs so as to stop raiding.

Bodies Removed from Game (reasoning)

We want to encourage open Pvp and base raiding. By allowing a player to log off with some or all of his important items you force people to fight and raid when they are online.
