I'll try to keep an updated list of servers that are being run by people in this group.

OMNI - TIA - Cheaters Banned ~ 12 players ~ Provided by OMNI (undertow)
PinkTacoBar ~ 16 players ~ Provided by I don't remember. Whoops. :P

Note: PTB seemed to need a restart the last time I played on it (in the AM PST of April 1st) as it was experiencing severe server side lag. Just a warning for now.

Anyone have any DLC servers that start at 1 player?

I have our (GeezerGaming #1 & #2) servers set to start with 1 player...this makes them unranked.....for the first round ,after their are enough players to rank a server at beginning of round it will change to a ranked match.

"Note: The minimum number of players for a ranked match has been lowered to 4.

Note: Crysis2 also supports games starting with 1 or more players. These matches will be UNRANKED, and all participants will be informed via in-game UI. Should enough players join a match, it will change to a RANKED game on the next match."

Have left all other settings stock to keep it set as ranked other than player start count.

Server seems to be running smooth other than it gets the ranked server bug and disconnects everyone at random times through the rotation.

Wait a few seconds and you can get right back in.

Other than that just wish I had rcon tools :( to kick the hackers.

I don't know what you're doing but I'm still squading. it's the only way to get enough people together to kickstart a server that isn't located in europe as far as I can tell.
