Today, Artyovich has taken her first major step back towards recovery. Already, railroads and commerce has reopened across the country, with factories being brought back to life after a long time closed. Artyocivh's industrial output has now gone from a Tiny collection of arms manufacturers to a collection of different factories and services, from canning to shell-making. Already, the skies among the bigger cities in Artyovich, including Relga, have developed a slight haze from the new industry. Some moving to the countryside to escape it, though many staying to take the new jobs in these factories.

With this increase in industrial output, come an increase in speed of rebuilding with access to local goods at cheaper prices than imported ones. Roads, apartments, and long-destroyed government services such as police stations are being rebuilt and being supervised by their respective municipalities.

As per a previous arangement with Dominia, the newfound industrial output of Artyovich will have some of its fruits be used for the Monarchist faction in the Dominian Civil War. Neutral traders from Artyovich will meet in the ocean with Dominian traders to hand over the weapons. The weaponry will include standard Mokan-Narat Rifles to the heavier 100mm Heavy Howitzer from the Statzgrad Steel and Artillery Foundry. (Equals to around 100,000 Points)
