Akali was re-balanced, gaining an extra 0.1 ap ratio on the detonation of her Mark, and an increased cooldown at early levels on the generation of her Shadow Dance.

Corki's missile barrage now fires a big one every 3rd missle instead of fourth, and his missile charge rate is reduced at later levels.

Karma's gathering fire passive now reduces mantra's cooldown by 2 at all levels, and her abilities have been slightly rebalanced.

Kayle's Divine Blessing and Intervention's range have both been reduced to 900, from 1000/1200, respectively

Lux's base movement speed has been reduced to 330 from 340, and the cooldown on her ultimate has been increased at later levels.

Morgana's Dark Binding and Soul Shackles' mana costs have been reduced

Nami's ultimate's range has been increased to 2750 from 2500, and the cooldown and mana cost has been lowered.

Nautilus's base armor has been increased to 19 from 15, and Titan's Wrath's cooldown has been reduced.

Nunu's Absolute Zero mana cost and cooldown have been reduced.

Quinn's Harrier passive now causes Valor to mark targets more frequently, and the mark is applied more quickly when valor lands on a target. Quinn also now lands closer to her target when casting vault from further away.

Urgot's Acid Hunter and Noxian Corrosive Charge now displays Acid Hunter's range whenever there is a visible enemy champion marked by Noxian Corrosive Charge

Volibear's Rolling Thunder's movement speed bonus has been increased towards champions.

No longer grants +30 Armor
Now grants +10% Cooldown Reduction

Spirit of the Elder Lizard
New Recipe: Spirit Stone + Long Sword + Long Sword + 500 gold = 2000 gold (total cost reduced from 2300 gold)
Attack Damage reduced to 45 from 50

Seraph's Embrace
Active Mana cost reduced to 20% current Mana from 25%
Active Shield adjusted to 20% of current Mana + 150 from 25% current Mana

Muramana
Toggle damage changed to physical from magic
