1) You have BL (so we can set up the hangouts)
2) You are friends with atleast one of us

4) Most decisions we vote on, but the voting is set up by your overlords (Admins and Moderators)
5) Admin or Moderator is gained by being an active part of the group, and not a person on the Sidelines.
