The planet of Lumen is a world orbiting a black hole instead of a star. The velocity of its orbit warming the world, though there's a side to the effect of being orbiting the "Black Hole Sun". Many people have developed the ability to manipulate light to suit their needs. Be it heating, or lighting, the manipulation of light has allowed a society to take birth on the world. However, as time grew, the world's people turned to anarchy after numerous but forgotten events, turning the one-nation planet into a place without order.

The planet itself has turned to survival of the fittest for the demand of wealthy goods of the many years past like preservable foods, bananas, and precious metals. Will society rebuild or will greed continue to keep civilization where it is?
