I have finally found exactly where our great avatar comes from!

It is the game Axel & Pixel, which contributed 22 avatars to Steam’s official game avatar list.

Interestingly, there are currently 5000+ Steam profiles using just this one avatar from Axel & Pixel, while the game itself has only 86 reviews.
