Battle Technicians expects potential recruits to be trustworthy, motivated, and making progress in learning military tactics. Recruitment is conducted on an invite-only basis and may involve months or years of participation prior to receiving an invitation. In the meantime you can participate with Battle Technicians as a guest and even join the "Battle Technicians Guests" group here.

Here are some suggestions for improving your chances of being invited to the official Battle Technicians roster.

Participate in as many activities with BT as you can. Do more than the minimum expectations. Study beyond the events that we run. Treat the members of Battle Technicians as friends. Find videos that demonstrate tactics, read more in field manuals, practice firing drills in single player, make missions or addons, discuss things, train others, practice tactics in other games like Door Kickers, SWAT 4, etc. Overall, put extra effort into learning and/or teaching.
