Requirements:
-Make sure people follow rules
-Do not admin abuse
-You may Gag squeakers and anyone whos being annoying
-YOU HAVE TO BE IN THIS GROUP
-I have to trust you
-Need to be on when theres NO admins on (unless server is empty)
-Need to play a fair amount of times (unless server is empty)
