1. Protect all innocent bards

2. Bring swift justice to those who wish to do harm

3. Do not troll

A Bard is considered innocent when just playing his music and not attacking anybody. If a Bard starts to troll and kill other players he loses the protection of Bard PD unless its an agreed upon duel.
