On NA or EU servers ?

We're going to use valve servers and all vote for baggage / scramble the teams at the end of every 10 minutes (which restarts the game). We'll make a lobby at the beginning and wait ~5 minutes for everyone and then search for a deathmatch and vote change baggage when we get in.
