In 1928, the Blue Rock State Highway Patrol was founded. It's first division was the whole state. The state government, in 1952, wanted to split the department in divisions. Northwest, Southwest, Northeast, Southeast, Islandic, and finally, Central. The Islandic Division is where there are 2 large islands under the Peninsula in the Blue Bay. Lone Man's Island, which has a population of about 10k, and Hampton Island, with a population of 64k. This group is focused on the Northwest Division, which holds the Capital of the state.
