You can just buy the one time DLC called 'Revolution'
This shall NOT give you access to upcomming DLC's you shall have to purchase them seperatly.

A: Well, After you purchase it, It lasts 1 year. (A season)

But that is only for this DLC pack.
The Season Pass shall get you ALL the DLC packs when released!
