Battleborn open beta starts NOW!

Gearbox have been busy making this game since Borderlands 2 and it's finally going into open beta! I've been playing early access beta and think it's awesome, but don't listen to me, download it and decide for yourself!

I'm inviting all my Borderlands co-op friends and anybody I play multiplayer games with so that everybody in the group can find people to team up with for PvP or Co-Op boss raiding for the epic loot!

The Story mode can be played 1-5 players co-op and is basically a streamlined Borderlands, no need to worry what level you're at or who gets the loot, just team up and play, everybody gets their own loot at the end of the raid boss. The harder the difficulty, the better the loot.

You can take that loot into PvP, which is 5v5 and has three modes: Capture is a cross between Control Point and King Of The Hill, Incursion is basically a MOBA, and Meltdown is a cross between Tower Defence and Payload.

You level up from 0-10 each game, Story or PvP, with each level unlocking an option on the skill tree, and can use currency collected in-game to activate three peices of gear, greens or blues are cheaper while purples and legendaries cost a lot more to activate, but you can also spend your currency on turrets and other helpful robots.

You also level up account wide, unlocking the 25 playable characters, earning more skill tree options, skins, lootpacks and stuff, as well as spending the credits earned in-game. No micro-transactions!

Open beta runs from the 13th-18th April so nows your chance to try it out for free, many people who try it are suprised by how great it is!
