The Alliance

Every member of ASOF agrees to the following terms:

1. I join this group with the sole intent of playing alongside others in a friendly and supportive manner, with no intent toward ruining their fun.
   
   
2. I will place my trust in fellow group members to conduct themselves in a friendly and supportive manner and will squad/group/team-up with them when we are in the same online game.
   
   
3. I will keep any and all racist and prejudicial comments to myself.
   
   
4. I will not falsely accuse another group member of violating the terms of this alliance.

It's hard to place trust in random team-mates, because there's no way to truly know why they're playing the game.

Are they trying to win, or are they just goofing around? Will they back me up if I try something risky? Will they ever drop that frickin' ammo-box?

The alliance up top gives the members of this group answers; we know where we all sit, even though we've never spoke.

We replace our doubts with trust; trust that each of us adheres to the alliance terms. Then maybe after a little time, the alliance doesn't really matter anymore.

Because playing an online game when you don't know anyone on your team is kinda like being a "Soldier of Fortune".

This group however, was made with the aim of reducing the risk normally found when relying on strangers in an online game.
