Welcome to the Assault Trooper Group

This will be the set of rules I need everyone to follow. Some will apply to everyone while others will apply only to officers etc.

Everyone (including the Commander):
1:Don't break any server rules ( go ahead and read up on them, there are some you might not expect. http://zephyrrp.com/showthread.php?tid=11 )
2. Don't fail rp during events, training, debrief. Etc. (suicide to get to bunks and jumping off the catwalk are considered fail rp and if I see it I might get an admin to warn you about it)
3. Don't disrespect other player ( this can result in a demotion)
4. Follow orders ( unless they go against server rule. Ex, prop kill)
5. If someone tells you to leave their tryouts, training, bunks etc you must complie.
6. Do not ask for promotion (1st time will result in a warm, 2nd can result in a immediate demotion.
7. Don't rdm (It's always better to call shock than kill someone who is annoying)
8. Respect chain of command.
9. If you wish to leave the AT you must notify a officer whether it's ingame or through the group.
10. Report any infractions to a officer. If the said infraction is about an officer report it to the commander. If it is about the commander then report it to the admiral

Alright now on to the specifics

Trooper PVT-CPL:
1. Don't give other trooper orders. I don't want to see PFC ordering around PVTs just because they are one rank higher. If you have a problem find a SGT+ or call shock if the situation demands it.

Follow orders and you'll be a SGT in no time

SGTs:
1. You are allowed to give basic commands to troopers.
2. You must train recruits when ever you are asked to, I don't care if it is an event or debrief. The only exception would probably be training other than that if an admin tps you to train you must. All the info needed to train is on the wall.
3. Do NOT shoot minging recruits in the recruit room. This can be considered as RDM and can be punished. Call shock to deal with the recruit.
4. do not kill recruits out of the recruit room. Warn them to go back and call shock if you have a problem.
5. you are not allowed to issue any form of punishment higher than level 1 without an officers permission.

You are responsible for helping keep the troops in line. Although you can order troopers I don't want to see you bossing them around just cause you can. Remember that this power can be taken away from you if you abuse it.

LTs:
1. You can host tryouts if the recruitment status is green. (Will be posted down bellow)
2. You have level 3 Clearence (You can go on the bridge) Don't abuse it. If a fleet official tells you to leave do it. If you annoy them too much they might revoke our level 3 clearence.
3. You are allowed to promote trooper BUT only to SGM and ONLY 1 rank at a time.
4. Only hand out promotions after debrief and only if they deserve it. ( if there was no debrief then you can still promote.)
5. You can demote troopers if you feel that it is needed but if I hear about an unjust demote I might demote you to SGM.
5. You can host training if a commanding officer is on and says yes.

I need you guys to act more professional than the standard troopers. I expect you to know the rules and never break them. You will recieve harsher punishment for rule breaking than a PVT.

Officers CPT - COL:
1. You can host tryouts if the status is green or yellow.
2. You can promote people to LT but only with the commanders permission( ex. Let's say I'm offline but you and the other guy are on you can go ahead and promote him.
3. You can demote and promote after events. It can only be one rank at a time. ( If you demote an Officer the reason must be posted in the forms and it must be valid)
4. You can apply punishment to troopers who deserve it. No unjust punishment.

You guys are basically the commander when I am away. Any form of abusing power from you can result in a demote and or kick from AT.

Commander (incase I ever step down or get removed from my position):

You basically controll what each rank can do at any given time. You are welcome to add, change and remove any rules I have made as long as they don't conflict with the server rules. Don't abuse your power and try to make it a good time for everyone but stay strict on rule breaking.


Recruitment status: CURRENTLY THE STATUS IS GREEN
This is basically whether or not you can host tryouts at the moment, check this every time you want to host tryouts because it might change without a notification.
Green = any officer can host tryouts at any time. Don't do back to back tryouts.
Yellow = only high ranking officers can host tryouts and with only limited spots available.
Red = Only the Commander or an officer with the commanders permission only can host tryouts


Chain of command:
Basically it goes like this. If you have a problem you will report it to the next person in the chain. This is also how orders will travel down the line.

Trooper ------> SGT. --------> LTs -----------> Officer ---------> Commander.

I don't want to hear and deal with every problem a PVT has. If the next rank up can't deal with the problem they will take it up a step. This is also BE who is in charge while I am away.


Punishments:
Level 1: verbal warning (first time fail rp ect.)
Level 2: PT physical training. Running laps around ship or hanger (disrespect or backtalk etc)
Level 3: full on training session like trigger disciple(team kill during a event ect.)
Level 4: demotion ( asking for promotion, multiple fail rp warnings etc.)
Level 5: getting demoted to PVT and getting Kicked out of AT (big time rule breaking)
Level 6: made up punishment.
Level 7: possible staff involvement and a ban (prop kill etc.

And you can recieve more that one punishment for a infraction. Ex. Lvl 4 and lvl 2 and lvl 1
