Hello, Staff & Players! This document will guide you in the right direction when it comes to Arkstralia server rules. Also note, if you think something should be added to the rules click here to Email Flow notflowhd@gmail.com . Please inform him with the rule and / or why it should be added!




Spamming Chat: Spamming consists of someone being a complete nuisance, or just trying to cause drama. Some people like to abuse this by spamming all-caps things in the chat, or even just spamming. The type of spamming I am talking about is when you log on & see people being racist, disrespecting the staff team, giving threats or they're rioting about something unusual or plain stupid, usually they all end up getting banned for Server Drama / Hate. You will be Warned, then temp-muted for 5-15 minutes depending on the situation. Staff have the right to override the set punishment to whatever seems fit, if they abuse this they will be instantly demoted, we give trust to managers and other staff members and we don’t want people abusing it.




Suspicious Links / IP-Loggers: If you post any link in-game that is not related to Arkstalia, you will be muted for Suspicious Links or IP-Loggers, we want everyone in-game to have a safe and enjoyable time without getting hurt in-game or out-of-game. Please don't post any other links in chat, there will be no chance of acceptance for an unmute. (Only moderator or higher can mute for this reason, so nobody gets false muted in this situation)




Inappropriate Links: If you post any link containing, pornographical, nude, or any inappropriate link of any kind in chat if will result in a permanent mute with almost no chance of appeal acceptance. Please remember we have younger players here on Arkstalia and we like to keep our community here clean and safe for all users playing here on our server.




Staff Disrespect: Disrespecting staff consists of being a nuisance or bugging the staff constantly. Please note the staff has a job, & that is to control & regulate the players in-game. When people start getting in the way of this job, they don’t have the power to throw around temp-bans and bans. You will be be firstly warned, then temp-muted for 5-15 minutes depending on how many times the user has disrespected the staff or troubled them in any other way. Managers have the right to override the set punishment to whatever seems fit, if they abuse this they will be instantly demoted, we give trust and we don’t want people abusing it. If a staff member attacks you verbally feel free to attack them back, they then cannot then mute you for disrespect if they are disrespecting you or your friends already.




Staff Impersonation: Impersonating staff consists of pretending you're one of our staff members. The punishment for impersonating staff or anything related results in a temp-mute for 15 minutes, no warnings will be given, and if further action is required by staff it is allowed to scale much beyond just a mute (Manager), because many see this as a joke and "not a big deal" when impersonating a staff member isn't just disrespectful, but is extremely misleading and causes issues to a lot of people on the server.
(ex: Setting your nickname to "FlowHD" "Mystical Moose" "Vulk" is an blatant example of staff impersonation.)




Leaking Staff Information: If you leak Staff Information, Skype usernames/names, IRL names or anything you will be instantly demoted if you are staff and given a punishment that is deemed fit by a higher staff member. (If you are not a staff member you will be banned from the server permanently.)




Hacking: If you use any form of hacked client / blacklisted modifications and you are caught by a Staff Member you will be put on a 48 hour holding ban while the staff debate a Permanent Ban for the player(s). Once the vote has been applied in our Hacker Chat, you will either be un-banned or banned permanently for Hacking, i do recommend recording all of your fights just incase you get banned, you have proof of you not hacking. I do recommend Managers recording ALL fights, and if needed upload it to youtube. (Managers can no longer ban on the spot, they now have to go through the same process all staff do.)




Advertising: If you post any IP Address on Arkstralia, fake or real you will be banned permanently. The punishment for advertising or anything related is a perm-ban with almost no chance of appeal acceptance.


Indirect Advertising: Indirect Advertisement consists of mostly links in-game (posting links that are unrelated to OPCraft) will result in a perm-mute for indirect advertisement. Especially, Links from Youtube. (Ex: If someone was to send a direct link to a video of any sort in-game is prohibited; If someone posts a direct link to a video on a on any other server other than OPCraft considered indirect advertisement.) Indirect advertisement has a little to no appeal acceptance.


Mute Evasion: If you have been muted for some reason, then you are using other ways to talk to people in chat you will be banned for 15 minutes by any Manager, nobody below Manager is allowed to do this, this will result in an instant demote, no exceptions.
(Putting items into auction is our most common offence after the user was muted by a staff member; “F u <Staff Member>” or anything related will result in a 15m tempban)




Racism: Racism consists of very complicated terms, This server is an Australian based server, & we do believe in the rights of unbiased free speech. This means as long as you're not breaking any other rules, you may say anything you want to a staff member. Excessive racism however, is not allowed, as hinted by the title of this rule. Excessive racism would consist of people spamming racist words or quotes in chat, or being racially obnoxious in general. If you have an opinion about a people or a group of people, you're welcome to share it, but don't start trying to force racism on to other people. This all falls under the category of excessive racism. The punishment for excessive racism or anything related is a warn, followed by a 15 minute tempmute then 30 minute tempmute if the player continues. A Manager has the right to permanently mute someone if they continue after the 30 minute tempmute.




Server Drama: Starting server drama consists of basic terms. People have been banned for Starting Server Drama in the past where people who did the following: Questioned Owners, Managers and general staff and were just obnoxious in general. That's not to say that if you ask a question to a high staff you'll fall under this rule; it's just to say you shouldn't get involved in drama with people being demoted, obsessing over why a person got staff, or anything related to drama in general. Advocating for people who have been demoted and / or banned also falls under this category. Making threads such as, but not limited to "I'm leaving the server" are strictly not allowed and will result in you being removed from our forums and your thread will be DELETED, Even if a "leaving the server" or related thread doesn't even mention another server, you are still not ALLOWED to post these. Causing drama or tension between Arkstralia & another server is also seen as server drama and is a bannable offence. The punishment for starting drama or being a conductor of drama or anything related will result in a permanent IP-Ban, From all of our Platforms: Teamspeak, Discord, InGame, which is also known as a Blacklist. (With permission from Manager or Higher.) All staff members must contact a Operator+ to get a ban for “Server Drama/Hate” because we consider this a serious offence. (Managers cannot ban for “Server Drama/Hate” without permission from FlowHD+) Anyone caught posting false reports, including false staff member reports that falsely accuse and or even providing false proof that a staff member may be betraying the server or anything in between, will be instantly globally IP banned from any Arkstalia related platforms.














TeamSpeak Rules: (THIS INCLUDES ANY STAFF, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BREAK THESE RULES)


You are not allowed to ban a Staff member off of TeamSpeak.
You are not allowed to delete anyone’s TeamSpeak avatars.
You may not force move any person unless given permission or told by a Admin +
Admin and below are only allowed 1 account with permissions.
No Owners and below are allowed with (*) Star permissions.
You can only use (Kick from Channel/Server) if you have Channel admin in that channel.
Operators and below are not allowed to force join a channel. Ask first via Poke or Direct message.
Only High Staff may have Channel Icons (Operator +)
You are not allowed to Spam Poke or Spam anyone. This includes direct messaging.
Music Bots/Voice changers are not allowed unless in specific channels.
Channel creation and movement can only be done by Owner +
You may not alter information on anyone's account. This includes a player's description.


Anyone caught abusing permissions will be instantly demoted.

Ban Guild:
One Hour - Griefing, spamming, staff disrespect and building in spawn areas


Five Hour - Repeated griefing, spamming, staff disrespect and building in spawn areas after one offence


One Day - Staff impersonation, providing fake evidence, harassing admin all of the offences listed above


One Week - DDos threats, continuous harassment of players or staff, and committing all of the offences listed above more than three times


PERM - DDos attempts,Admin abuse, leaking personal info about staff or player, committing the offences listed above more than five times


(NOTE* All the rules listed above applies for all our platforms including Teamspeak and Discord)


If you are banned and wish to get unbanned sooner you can purchase a unban for 20$ through FlowHD

Scenario Guild:


Scenario: The server suddenly crashed and it’s been over five minutes since players are spamming you in private message, discord and teamspeak. What do you do?


Answer: As soon as the server goes down you must first post an announcement on our steam group saying this:


“Hello as many of you are aware the server is currently experiencing some technical issues resulting in a crash. The problem might be a corrupted mod or if the server needs an steam update. We are currently contacting our Devs to try to resolve this issue. The server should be up in around 10 to 30 minutes. Worst case scenario the server will be down for 1-2 hours due to our devs sleeping. Once again we would like to apologize that this has happened and we will try to resolve this issue for future cases.”
