Gahoolian (P)ark (Whitelist-Server)

Welcome to Gahoolian! A whitelist-only, light RP-server on ARK survival evolved. At the moment the server will run on the standard The Island map to get everyone started with something familliar, but we will eventually move along all the other maps to explore everything ARK has to offer. The general goal and purpose of this server is to give players a chance to explore and "complete" the game whilst being offered a gentle introduction to Role-playing while gaming without the fear of getting run over by bigger tribes.

The server will have a PvE feeling to it with PvP elements so that everyone can work together towards defeating the bosses, but obviously everyone cant get along so war between tribes is allowed

General rules for the server
1: Get along as much as possible
2: Role play with your character and your tribe as much as you can, not doing it is okay.
3: Try to use as much diplomacy as possible to enrich everyones experience
4: No griefing or hoarding of "the best" regions on the map
5: No offline raiding
6: Try to remember that the end goal is for everyone to work together to complete the game
7: Have fun!

Currently active mods
1: Bore water kit - A mod that allows players to build watertaps everywhere on the map, to make sure that everyone can build that dream base on the side of a cliff.

How do I join the whitelist for the server Gahoolian?

Now this is very easy, first of all you need to check your steamID64 which you do at this link: https://steamid.io/lookup , just fill in your "Steam username" in the blank section and search. The long number at the end of your steamID64 are the numbers you need. After you have it just contact the admin "TheOwlie" or anyone of the other admins. We will process your request to join the server, this will usually go pretty quick since we are almost atleast one admin online. While your invite is pending, your are welcome to read up on our serversettings or the general rules so you know how your ARK experience on Gahoolian will play out.

Can I invite my friends to this Discord channel?

Of course you can, however they will not be able to do anything except read up on our information about the server and engage in voice and chat with other people in the "Invited/Pending members" file. For an invited person to become a member they have to be approved by on of our admins, just privatemessage one of the online admins and it will be fixed shortly.
