Architects of Language

We are a society of Authors, Poets, Storytellers and Dreamers, spinning tales of all assortments of life. We appeal to all people in all lands, working to entertain and entrance in the mystique of what is not, but what ultimately could be. Within our hands we hold what is possibly the most powerful tool of all, one that can control the hearts of women, the eyes of men, the dreams of the young, and the tales of the old.

Within this society, we band together to help each other create master pieces, etching our mark into the winds of history to whistle upon the ears of the coming generations. We strive to be one thing, and one thing alone.

We strive to write history. We strive to make our foothold in history more than a footnote. We strive to lay smiles upon the faces of men. We strive to make the hearts of men beat with excitement, and also tragedy.

We strive to be the Architects of Language.

We do not hold allegiance to any particular people or kingdom, nor any alignment swaying from True Neutral. I'll allow your imagination to wander with that information...

Within the Architects of Language, there will be an assigned 'Architect' of every Genre. For now, our Genres will be the following:

-Poetry

-Epics

-Works of History

-Ancient Lores

-Lineage

-Erotica

-Bard-esque Song

Each branch will have a hierarchy of scholars which will edit and oversee each publication within their respective branch. Although anything can be published, not everything is guaranteed to make it through the editing/proofreading process. The hierarchy is as follows:

-Architect

-Final Council

-Councilors

-Proofreaders

-Editors

-Writers

Obviously, this is simply a Guild, and has no actual authority over who gets to publish what they want. We are simply here to be employed by aspiring/accomplished Authors and Poets to assist in creating a more perfected piece of work. Hopefully, this type of Guild will help to expand and enhance the Lore within Chronicles of Elyria, as that is the ultimate goal.
