Verdun Nations cup featuring the nations of North America and South America

So far the ANC has completed it's group stage. While there were some setbacks and challenges, overall I am pleased with how things have gone. I give a huge shoutout to the Latin American team for their dedication, commitment and great play in the group stage. Currently the US and Canada remain following the elimination of the Latin Americans in the group stage. As of now we plan on playing the final on March 11th at 9:00PM EST. I hope that we can turn this tournament into an annual event, which of course leads into greater plans I and several others have in mind.

Competitive Verdun has never been a stable or hugely popular thing, but the competitive spirit lives on despite, hardships, drama and corruption. We hope to launch the Verdun competitive league (VCL) following the conclusion of the ANC. This league will be open to all players of North and South America and will not be restricted to teams of one nationality. The VCL will be a full fledged league which will take place over the course of months as teams battle it out in weekly matches. At this point several teams are recruiting and looking for players as we move towards a first season. I encourage all participants of the ANC to get involved by joining, creating or keeping your team together for the VCL.
