This detailed report tells the events of 15/01/16, recordings include the black box and the examination of thewreckage (what was found which is the tail and the right winglet).

FS192, a Aeroliner 474 was preparing for a routine journey from Panau International Airport to Kuala Lumpur International Airport with Captain Sir.Pineapple and Co-Pilot Fregrates. The pilots did anti-icing as it was a winter night, they got pushed back from gate 4 and taxied to RW.2. At 23:50 the 474 was given clearance to takeoff and contact Panau Center on 119.95. About 30min into the flight at 5000m the aircraft reached cruising altitude and the seatbelt sign got turned off. 2 minutes after reaching cruising altitude the aircraft got a warning of a fuel leak on the left side. The pilots called PCC and reported an emergency. 50 seconds after the call, multiple tourists on the Panau shores witnessed aircraft debris falling into the Pacific Ocean. At 05:00 the rescue department arrived on scene finding the aircraft tail and right winglet but no survivors.

A G9 Eclipse operated by SkySharks at 21:00 plummeted to the ground over the West Ocean killing one crew member. It was doing a routine weather survey over Panauan Territory after severe reports from AS. Recap: FS041 at 15:00 Panauan Time took off from PIA outbound to Jarra when it got hit with 24knot winds from the left side causing it to divert to DAP1 with a crack in the left fuselage. At 18:00 the SkySharks G9 was told to fly around Panau measuring weather in different regions. At 19:00 the G9 reached 4000m flying over the Financial District and doing a normal turn to fly towards the Desert over the west ocean. At 20:30 it was hit by 25 knot winds from the right spining the aircraft ubside down and throwing it downwards. The CEO of SkySharks and Abstract Shuttle are leading a investigation about why the aviation industry was so uninformed about the weather. FS flights and G9 eclipses are downed until further notice.

FS041 got hit by extreme winds of more than 20knots leading to the aircraft reaching a 90degree bank with the pilots unable to control the hurdling aircraft. The PTSB has started an investigation off how the pilots werent alerted about the extreme conditions before takeoff. Many other airlines have reported same situations but still continue flights. As the head of Abstract Shuttle I have cancelled all our flights due to FS041 having minor damage on its left fuselage with no explanation, black box reports show no colision. FS041 has all the crew and passenegrs safe on the ground and they describe the incident as ``Traumatizing``. PIA is currently having about 15-20knot winds leading to some airports closing down. All flights are postphoned until further notice. I feel sorry about this little inconvenience but I asure by 12/12/15 flights will be back on time. Passengers are currently delivered by bus.
