It is in the Year 2036, that the curtains open upon our small stage and measly world. National borders and the ideas of centralized government seem like a distant foreign memory, a lingering dream so surreal yet creeping around every corner of the world in the rubble and ruins of the old. Our world, the world we knew, fell apart in the early 2000s and quickly descended into chaos and anarchy.

The Novgorod Republic sends out its army to claim more land for the Republic. And take it away from the rebels. We have sent tanks and helicopters for support. The Spetsnaz are also being depolyed to the fronts. We will secure these new lands and bring relief aid to the people there.

We all know when you have a nuke, you will use it. And theres always that one guy that nuke the ♥♥♥♥ out of their enemy as soon as war is declared. So in purposes of keeping factions alive, and not completely exterminated in 5 seconds. Im putting in new nuke use rules.

Rules:
1.) You can't declare war on someone and immeditaly nuke them as a way to wage war.
2.) You can't fire a nuke, unless someone nukes you first. So only in retaliation.
3.) All wars WILL START, and hopefully end, in conventional warfare( Witch means you have to go to war using only normal ways to fight, such as infantry, tanks and airforce stuff, witch means no nukes)

Since people are making nukes there will be some rules on how to use them. So no one goes nuking everyone.

Rules:

Guys please include a map of the areas u expand to, so i know were your expanding. And if u win an battle and occupy land also include a map with occupyed areas. Thank You
