The World is Yours to Explore, and Own

The World of "Earth" in the year 3,426 has decided it best to pack up their things (Due to the near depletion of resources) and move to the Galaxy XV-54, in a 3 Planet Solar System with two hospitable planets. The UN Security Council (Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, USA, United States of Europe, People's Republic of China) by UN Resolution Number S/RES/4134 has decided it best to settle this planet in order to preserve the status of the Civilization Earth has brought forth.

People have began to look back at forgotten chronicles of foriegn affairs, such as the now defunct English Nation's ability to colonize the world. With their rich mineral content, the Democratic Republic of Congo has led this effort, and the USA and PRC has the industry and populations to make it possible. With the German led United States of Europe, it provides the Space Program to make it possible and the Turkish tradition of large quick city growth will provide archetecture.

Due to the distance the Planet is from Earth (XV-54B), there is a lack of modern maps and knowledge of the Planet, except that the area we are initially landing on, for betterment of survival, is a smaller island-continent useful for scientific landings. It is estimated to take 4 Years to make a trip one way, and for a short amount of time, only Scientists will be allowed.

The Security Council has been unable to agree on one thing, something that may be beneficial in the future. Should the peoples of this new planet unite under one banner, or of their respective countries? It is up to the diplomats to decide this, and failure to decide could lead to a breakdown in consideration, alongside a potentially fatal decision.
