Yet I am here with a new nation, a fresh start if I may to cause it. I do have the scars of another group and I want to make this group a fair place. It is a place of neutral ground in wartimes for other factions. This nation and its members are a democracy and will remain as a democracy.

Look, I am not going to be formal with this. Frankly, I dont care if the ASB is the "rebirth" of the ISB. What I do care about is getting this group funcitoning. We have more than enough members here to start getting to work, the question is: How should we work. The fact that this group is a "democracy" simply means you have the right to voice your honest opinion without getting shut down.

However, it is that honest opinion that I need right now. How should this group operate for research and military operations? This is the same problem that the Order of the Night Champion faced when they were created, however, you guys may feel differently about a few things. Therefore, I ask the fellow members how they think the organization of this group should be implemented.

Well I've been having a ripped muscle leg I will say that. And I have personal issues to deal with. So Angel here will be covering me. If you have questions post in comments. (I'll still be on) But yea if Im on please dont bother me. I have a lot to deal with.

Just for the record, while I am taking the reigns of this new position, I am not gonna go power hungry. I will, however, state that we are going to need to start paying attention to the members. The few protect the many, and the many in turn protect and keep the few in check. I also believe that the administrators should keep in contact with each other.

This is my two cents: But rebuilding a group isnt just going and starting another. You should fix the mistakes within the group that had crumbled rather than just make a new group and hide from the problem.
