No one cares if you went 4/1/3 as Juggernaut and happened to be on the winning team, no one believes this is your first time ever playing Invoker, and nowhere in the game is there an option to specifically commend someone for being a good player. If you're cool, friendly, helpful, etc., you've earned a commendation; If ya gotta beg for it go back to League.
