As of why, because (1) I'm the first to ask, (2) you need people to enlarge this group and keep it standing, (3) I'm a gamer 9gagger, (4) I'm also an IT guy of sorts (mainly programmer), (5) I'm an otaku, (6) I'm the third member of the group and (7) you want to have high ranking officials.

P.S.: If you can choose the name of the rank, please name mine "Shadow Corpse". Or "Suicider" (is related to my play-style).
